Your account and its projects are kept for 90 days after the trial ends: subscribe within that time to continue where you left off. After 90 days, they are permanently deleted, unless your account belongs to an organization with an active plan. You can download your data at any time.

In Brazilian reais (BRL): Pro costs R$19.90 per month, and Team R$39.90 per user per month. Paid plans are only for customers in Brazil, with a billing address and a card from Brazil; a subscription from another country is cancelled and refunded in full. The free trial is open to everyone.

Connections are encrypted, payments are handled by Stripe and your data is never sold. From your account settings, you can export your data and personal projects or delete your account; an organization’s data is exported by its owner.

Yes, for reading. On any plan, including the trial, you invite people by email to view the whole project or only some phases, the fundraising track or the checklist, until a date if you wish. Readers pay nothing: they only need a paperrise account, even without a plan. With Team, you can also share to edit, or to edit and decide checkpoints, which takes one of the organization’s users.

The organization pays R$39.90 per user per month, and the owner counts as one user: you can start with just you and add people when you invite them. Users added later are charged at once, in proportion to the rest of the month, and can be used as soon as the payment goes through. Fewer users take effect on the next invoice, with no credit for the current month. Removing a member frees their place but does not lower the invoice: the owner decides how many users to pay for.

No. Each user the organization pays for lets one person work on the projects the owner or an admin shares with them, with Edit or Edit and decide checkpoints, on the whole project or some of its parts. Sharing for reading only takes no user: reading is free. A pending invitation to edit holds a user until it is accepted, declined or revoked, or expires after 7 days. A user does not include personal projects: for those, each person can use the free trial or subscribe to Pro.

They stay with the organization. A member who leaves or is removed loses access at once, and what they wrote remains in the organization’s projects. Their place becomes free for someone else, and the invoice changes only if the owner reduces the number of users.

Yes. As the owner or an admin of an organization, you can move any of your personal projects into it at any time, with its journey. The move cannot be undone: the project then belongs to the organization.

Only if you keep both. Pro covers your personal projects and Team covers the organization’s: they are separate subscriptions, and one does not cancel or credit the other. If you move your projects into the organization, you can cancel Pro from your account and keep it until the end of the period already paid.
